Bootcamp is a general fitness class that mixes both cardiovascular and weighted exercises to give you a full body workout to hit all muscles and train both your aerobic and anaerobic fitness ! Suitable for all levels whether that is beginner, intermediate or advanced!

Mondays: 7PM, Thursdays: 6:30PM
